Nathan has spent over 25 years in the business of the built environment, moving across workplace strategy, real estate consulting, and operations. His work has always come back to the same question:

That focus has taken him across every major global region, leading teams that have delivered more than $500 million in commercial real estate projects, managed large-scale workplace portfolios, and kept operations running for dozens of businesses.
He founded Measured Light to give growing teams access to the kind of senior real estate judgment that has historically only lived inside large corporations.

Marcela has spent decades inside corporate real estate, focused on the part of the work that most people avoid: the structure behind the decisions. How costs get tracked. How information flows. How a complex project actually stays on course when there are dozens of stakeholders and millions of dollars in play.
What drew her to this work is something she kept seeing over and over: companies making big real estate and workplace decisions without the frameworks to support them. Poor cost visibility, unclear processes, and critical information scattered across teams and systems. She made it her focus to fix that.
She joined Measured Light to give clients the financial rigor and operational structure that turn complex real estate decisions into confident ones, keeping decisions defensible, costs visible, and teams aligned from kickoff to closeout.
