Marcela has spent decades inside corporate real estate, focused on the part of the work that most people avoid: the structure behind the decisions. How costs get tracked. How information flows. How a complex project actually stays on course when there are dozens of stakeholders and millions of dollars in play.
What drew her to this work is something she kept seeing over and over: companies making big real estate and workplace decisions without the frameworks to support them.
