Nathan Manuel is an expert in construction management and sustainability. He has over 20 years of experience as a global real estate and information technology leader, supporting the best media, advertising, and technology organizations in the world.
In recent years, Nathan has dedicated himself to regenerative design and developing built environments that benefit people and the planet. With academic training in sculpture, Nathan brings a unique approach to material selection, construction and crafting innovative solutions to meet the needs of any project, while maintaining a focus on the environment. Creativity, an exceptional capacity to manage projects, and leading teams to meet client goals are the foundation of Nathan’s vision for Measured Light.
Nathan has lectured nationally on art, design, and the influence of creatives in business, including at Georgetown University, Georgia State University, and the School of Visual Arts. Nathan is the outgoing co-chair of the Students and Emerging Professionals Committee of the College Arts Association and a member of the Social Sciences Committee of the AIA NY Chapter, CoreNet NY, and the Climate Reality Project.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing poker with some of the brightest gaming minds around and can be seen on Poker After Dark, Run It Up, and at the World Series of Poker.
